European Golf Tech (EGT) is delighted to welcome Kirkistown Castle Golf Club to its rapidly growing portfolio of partnered clubs in Northern Ireland. The addition marks another significant milestone in EGT’s mission to modernise the golfing experience through innovative digital solutions.

Situated on the stunning Ards Peninsula, Kirkistown Castle is one of Ireland’s most historic links courses, and now joins the EGT network to further enhance its member and visitor engagement.

Speaking on behalf of the Club, Mark Matthews expressed his enthusiasm for the new partnership, stating:

“We have partnered up with EGT as we view this as a great way to improve our communication with our members and visitors.

As the clubhouse will be going through a refurb in January, this is a great way to expand our services and communication by using modern technology.

The online/live scoring is a big positive for us as it offers an additional service to societies and can be used for large competitions.”

The collaboration will see the club adopt EGT’s suite of digital tools, including enhanced communication systems, live scoring technology, and improved digital touchpoints that streamline the golfer experience both on and off the course.

Jason Smith, Acquisitions Manager at EGT, praised the club and highlighted the significance of the partnership:

“It’s a great club to work with and we are making some great strides in Northern Ireland, replicating the other successes that we’ve had in 2025 across other parts of the UK. We can’t wait to get started and hopefully add some more clubs there in 2026.”

With more clubs set to join the platform in the coming year, EGT continues its momentum in delivering cutting-edge technology that supports clubs in modernising operations, improving communication, and elevating the overall golfing experience.
